Why the X-Scrub 20?
If the X-Scrub Max 20 is more powerful than what the job calls for, the X-Scrub 20 is the ideal walk behind floor scrubber for numerous types of floor surfaces.
The economical X-Scrub 20 comes with all of the same features and functions as our X-Scrub Max 20, just without the traction drive. This “pad assist” model is ideal for Building Service Contractors (BSCs), K-12 cleaning crews, and other commercial uses.

Commercial Machine Size
The X-Scrub 20 comes standard with a magnetic brush hub for brush or pad removal and 15-gallon solution and recovery tanks.
Thoughtful Design
We designed the X-Scrub 20 to include a steel frame, steel squeegee bracket mechanism, and a metal squeegee frame.
Cordless and Long Lasting
The X-Scrub 20 runs on a 24 volt battery system with up to 4.5 hours of run time. Use the external charger to always be ready for the next job!
